What this is about

We don't sell AI demos. Our AI features run in production: RAG and OCR in patent law (Patent Studio), LLM-based data extraction for solar park acquisitions, agentic workflows for enterprise innovation units. As an AI/ML Engineer, you build these systems so they hold up against compliance requirements, cost limits and real users.

What you build with us

  • LLM integrations and RAG architectures that hold up in regulated environments
  • Extraction and structuring from real documents: contracts, patents, technical documentation
  • Evaluation and monitoring, so quality is measured instead of guessed
  • Agentic workflows where they work, and an honest line where they don't

What you bring

  • Hands-on experience with LLM applications in production, not just in notebooks
  • Solid software engineering: you build systems, not scripts
  • An understanding of the European framework (GDPR, EU AI Act), or the willingness to pick it up quickly
  • Confident German or English, ideally both

How we work

Owner-managed since 2019, between Munich and Lake Constance. This role can also be largely remote, with regular team days in Munich.
