Senior UX Designer

What this is about

Our largest design project today carries three energy brands on a themable design system with more than 120 components. Systems like this don't come from a mood board; they come from close collaboration with engineering and the client. As a Senior UX Designer, you design business applications, portals and design systems that have to last for years.

What you design with us

• Design systems and component libraries that serve several brands and teams
• Product UX for business applications: from patent attorney workflows to customer portals
• User research and testing with real users at the client
• Close collaboration with engineering, from token architecture to component API

What you bring

• Several years of experience in product and system design, confident in Figma
• You understand how frontends are built and design so it can actually be built
• Experience with design systems beyond the single screen: tokens, variants, documentation
• Confident German for workshops with DACH clients

How we work

Owner-managed since 2019, between Munich and Lake Constance. Design is not a service provider for engineering here; it has a seat at the table, from kickoff to handover.
